Cancellation Policy

Wilson Padel Club – Online Booking Policy 1. Booking Process Platform: All bookings must be made through wilsonpadelclub.com or our official app. Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept: Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) EFT (must reflect within 24 hours) SnapScan Confirmation: You will receive an email/SMS with booking details and QR code for check-in. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation Time Refund Policy 48+ hours before Full refund 24–48 hours before 50% refund <24 hours before No refund No-show Full forfeiture Exceptions: Medical emergencies (with valid documentation) may qualify for credit. 3. Rescheduling Allowed once per booking if requested 24+ hours in advance. Fee: R100 rescheduling fee for changes within 24 hours. 4. Late Arrivals Grace period: 15 minutes (after which your slot may be forfeited without refund). 5. Group Bookings (4+ People) Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required for groups. Final headcount: Must be confirmed 48 hours prior. 6. Membership Privileges VIP Members: Priority booking window (7-day advance access). Influencers: Free slots subject to Influencer Agreement. 7. Weather Policy Rain: Indoor courts available; bookings will be adjusted automatically. Extreme conditions: Credit issued for cancellations initiated by WPC. 8. Age Restrictions Under 16: Must be accompanied by an adult. Junior slots: Available weekdays 3–5 PM (excluding holidays). 9. Equipment Hire Rackets: R50/hour (pre-book to guarantee availability). Balls: Included with court hire. 10. Code of Conduct Dress code: Athletic wear required (no jeans/sandals). Food/drinks: Only Stettyn Cellars beverages allowed on courts.
