2. Event-Specific Policies
A. Padel & Wine Day Packages

Non-refundable within 72 hours (due to vendor commitments).

Rescheduling: Free if requested 7+ days prior; R200 fee within 7 days.
B. Tournaments & Celebrity Challenges

No refunds within 5 days (fixed costs apply).

Substitutions: Allow another player to take your slot (admin fee: R100).
C. VIP Memberships

14-day cooling-off period: Full refund if unused.

Post-activation: Pro-rated refund (minus 20% admin fee).
3. How to Request a Refund

Booking reference number.

Reason for cancellation.

Processing Time: 5–7 business days (bank delays may apply).
4. Non-Refundable Items

Tokenized equity purchases (blockchain transactions are irreversible).

Merchandise (unless defective).

Gift cards/vouchers (valid for 12 months).
5. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, strikes, or government orders: Credit vouchers issued (valid 6 months).
6. Dispute Resolution

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days.

WPC reserves the right to ban repeat cancellers from future bookings.
