1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Wilson Padel Club’s (WPC) facilities, website, or services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree, refrain from using our services.

2. Membership & Bookings

A. General

• Eligibility: Members must be 18+ (minors require guardian consent).

• Accuracy: Provide truthful information during sign-up.

B. Bookings & Payments

• Reservations: Bookings are confirmed only upon payment.

• Cancellations:

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund.

  • 24–48 hours: 50% refund.

  • <24 hours: No refund.

• No-shows: Forfeit booking fee.

C. Membership Tiers

• VIP Members: Priority bookings, cancellable with 30 days’ notice.

• Influencer Program: Subject to separate agreement.

3. Facility Use & Safety

A. Code of Conduct

• Respect: No abusive behavior; WPC reserves the right to expel violators without refund.

• Damages: Users are liable for intentional damage to equipment/property.

B. Health & Safety

• Assumption of Risk: Padel is a physical activity; play at your own risk.

• Injuries: Report incidents immediately to staff.

• Footwear: Non-marking sports shoes required.

4. Events & Tournaments

A. Participation

• Rules: Follow WPC’s tournament guidelines.

• Prizes: Non-transferable; no cash alternatives.

B. Media Release

• Consent: By participating, you grant WPC rights to use photos/videos for marketing.

5. Website & Digital Services

A. Use of Website

• Prohibited: Scraping, hacking, or unauthorized commercial use.

• Cookies: Usage outlined in our Privacy Policy.

B. Online Shop

• Shipping: See our Shipping Policy.

• Returns: 14-day window for defective goods.

6. Tokenized Equity (If Applicable)

• Ownership: Tokens represent profit-sharing rights, not ownership stakes.

• Transferability: Subject to WPC’s approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

• WPC is not liable for:

  • Lost/stolen personal items.

  • Injuries sustained on-premises (except due to gross negligence).

  • Third-party services (e.g., couriers, Stettyn Cellars).

8. Amendments & Governing Law

• Changes: WPC may update these Terms; users will be notified.

• Jurisdiction: Disputes governed by South African law (Western Cape High Court).
