1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within South Africa (all provinces). International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).

• Custom/pre-order items may take 5–7 business days before shipping.

4. Tracking & Delivery

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

• Courier partners: The Courier Guy, Aramex, or Pargo.

• Failed Deliveries: If undelivered after 2 attempts, your order will be held at the nearest depot for 7 days before return.

5. Returns & Lost Packages

• Damaged/Missing Items? Email admin@wilsonpadelclub.com within 48 hours with photos/proof.

• Returns Policy: See our Refund Policy for eligibility.

6. Special Notes

• Padel Rackets: Shipped in protective cases; insurance recommended for high-value orders.

• Gift Cards: Delivered instantly via email.
